Daploz 5mg contains dapagliflozin for type 2 diabetes. SGLT2 inhibitor. Take once daily in the morning. Pack of 14 tablets.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus; heart failure and chronic kidney disease as approved.

Dapagliflozin (as propanediol monohydrate) 5mg per tablet.

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment, diabetic ketoacidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes. Maintain good hygiene.

Urinary tract infections, genital mycotic infections, polyuria. Rare: ketoacidosis.
