Dapagliflozin metformin 5/1000mg tablets 14s for type 2 diabetes.
Daplozmet (5/1000mg) 14 Tablets contain dapagliflozin 5mg and metformin 1000mg (SGLT2 inhibitor and biguanide combination) for type 2 diabetes. Take as directed; usually one tablet once or twice daily with meals. Do not use in type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Prescription only.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes when prescribed.
