Dapagliflozin 10mg tablets for type 2 diabetes.
Daplyza 10mg contains dapagliflozin, an SGLT2 inhibitor that reduces renal glucose reabsorption and increases urinary glucose excretion. Used for type 2 diabetes as an adjunct to diet and exercise. May also be used in heart failure and chronic kidney disease when indicated. Manufactured by Getz Pharma; pack of 14 tablets.

Ingredients
Dapagliflozin (as propanediol monohydrate) 10mg per tablet.
Warnings
Not for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Risk of genital and urinary infections. Monitor kidney function. Not recommended in severe renal impairment.
Side Effects
Urinary tract infections, genital infections, increased urination, thirst, dizziness. Rare: ketoacidosis.
