Dapagliflozin metformin 5/1000mg tablets 14s for type 2 diabetes.
Daplyza 5/1000mg Tab 14s contain dapagliflozin 5mg and metformin 1000mg (SGLT2 inhibitor and biguanide combination) for type 2 diabetes. Take as directed; usually one tablet once or twice daily with meals. Do not use in type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Prescription only.
Purpose
Treatment of type 2 diabetes when prescribed.

Prescription only. Do not use in type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Report abdominal pain or infection.
Side Effects
Nausea, genital infection, lactic acidosis risk in certain conditions. Report abdominal pain, infection, or allergic reaction.
