Dapagliflozin metformin 5/850mg tablets for type 2 diabetes.
Dapxi Met 5/850mg Tab contain dapagliflozin 5mg and metformin 850mg (SGLT2 inhibitor and biguanide combination) for type 2 diabetes. Take as directed; usually one tablet once or twice daily with meals. Do not use in type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Prescription only.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes when prescribed.

Nausea, genital infection, lactic acidosis risk in certain conditions. Report abdominal pain, infection, or allergic reaction.
