Ingredients

Dapagliflozin 5mg and Metformin hydrochloride 500mg (extended-release) per tablet.

Warnings

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment, diabetic ketoacidosis. Risk of lactic acidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes.

Side Effects

Urinary and genital infections, nausea, diarrhea. Rare: lactic acidosis, ketoacidosis.
