Delanzo Dr 60mg contains duloxetine, an SNRI used for depression, generalised anxiety disorder, diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. It works by increasing serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain and should not be stopped abruptly.
Purpose
Treatment of major depressive disorder, generalised anxiety disorder, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain (as per approved indications).
Ingredients
Duloxetine (as hydrochloride) 60mg per capsule.
Warnings
Increased risk of suicidal thoughts in children and young adults; monitor closely. Do not use with MAOIs or within 14 days of stopping an MAOI. Caution in hepatic or renal impairment, bleeding disorders, glaucoma. Avoid abrupt discontinuation. Not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
Side Effects
Nausea, dry mouth, drowsiness, fatigue, constipation, decreased appetite, sweating, dizziness. Increased risk of suicidal thoughts in young adults. Hyponatraemia, hepatotoxicity, and bleeding risk possible.
