Diamicron contains Gliclazide 80mg, a sulfonylurea that stimulates insulin release and improves insulin action, used with diet and exercise in type 2 diabetes.

Purpose

Type 2 diabetes when diet and exercise are insufficient. May be used alone or with other glucose-lowering drugs.
