Donresp 2mg contains donepezil, an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor used to treat dementia symptoms in Alzheimer's disease. It increases acetylcholine in the brain to improve thinking and memory. Usually taken once daily at bedtime. Pack of 10 tablets.

Purpose

Treatment of mild to moderate dementia in Alzheimer's disease.

Ingredients

Donepezil (as hydrochloride) 2mg per tablet.

Warnings

May cause bradycardia; caution in heart block. Not for use in severe liver impairment. Do not stop abruptly.

Side Effects

Nausea, diarrhea, insomnia, muscle cramps, fatigue. May cause bradycardia.
