Duloxetine 60mg SNRI for depression, anxiety, and nerve pain.
Dulosoft contains Duloxetine 60mg, an SNRI that increases serotonin and norepinephrine. It is used for depression, generalised anxiety disorder, diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain.
Purpose
Major depression; generalised anxiety disorder; diabetic peripheral neuropathy; fibromyalgia; chronic musculoskeletal pain.

Duloxetine Hydrochloride 60mg (gastro-resistant)
Warnings
Suicidal thoughts risk early in treatment. Do not use with or within 14 days of MAOIs. Serotonin syndrome risk. Avoid in narrow-angle glaucoma, severe hepatic/renal impairment. Prescription only.
Side Effects
Nausea, dry mouth, constipation, fatigue, dizziness, decreased appetite, sweating. Rare: hepatotoxicity, serotonin syndrome.
