Duvel Plus Xr 50/500 Tab is dapagliflozin and metformin XR for type 2 diabetes. Take once daily with evening meal. Pack of 14 tablets.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes as adjunct to diet and exercise.

Dapagliflozin 5mg and Metformin hydrochloride XR 500mg per tablet; or strengths as per pack.

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment. Not for type 1 diabetes.

Nausea, diarrhea, urinary tract infections, genital mycotic infections.

Store below 25C. Protect from moisture.
