Hydroxychloroquine 250mg tablets for malaria and autoimmune conditions.
Dynaquin (250mg) contains hydroxychloroquine, an antimalarial and immunomodulator used for malaria, rheumatoid arthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus. The 250mg strength is for once or twice daily dosing. Take with food as directed.
Purpose
Treatment and prevention of malaria; treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus when prescribed.
Ingredients
Hydroxychloroquine sulphate 250mg per tablet (equivalent to 200mg base).
Warnings
Ophthalmological monitoring recommended with long-term use. Contraindicated in retinal or visual field changes. Caution in G6PD deficiency and hepatic impairment.
Side Effects
Nausea, abdominal pain, headache, rash, retinopathy with long-term use. Report visual changes or muscle weakness.
