Ecasil 300Ml Infusion is magnesium sulphate or similar electrolyte infusion for magnesium deficiency or eclampsia. For IV use by healthcare professionals only. Do not self-administer.
Purpose
Treatment of magnesium deficiency or eclampsia when IV therapy is indicated.
Ingredients
Magnesium sulphate or electrolyte solution; 300ml infusion. See pack for composition.
Warnings
For use under medical supervision only. Contraindicated in heart block, renal failure (relative). Monitor for toxicity. Report breathing difficulty or muscle weakness.
Side Effects
Flushing, hypotension, hyporeflexia with overdose. Report respiratory depression or cardiac effects.
Storage Instructions
Store as directed. Do not freeze. Use before expiry. Keep out of reach of children.
