Purpose

Warnings

Prescription only. Not a cure for HIV. Regular monitoring required. Report signs of infection or liver or kidney problems. Do not use for HIV prevention unless specifically prescribed.

Side Effects

Nausea, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, rash. Rare: lactic acidosis, hepatotoxicity, renal effects. Report unexplained fatigue, dark urine, or abdominal pain.
