Empaa M Xr 25/1000mg is empagliflozin and metformin extended release for type 2 diabetes. Take once daily. Pack of 14 tablets.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes as adjunct to diet and exercise.

Empagliflozin 25mg and Metformin hydrochloride 1000mg (extended release) per tablet.

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment. Risk of lactic acidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes.

Nausea, diarrhea, urinary tract infections, genital mycotic infections.
