Empagen Trio 12.5/2.5/1000mg is empagliflozin, linagliptin and metformin for type 2 diabetes. Take twice daily with meals. Pack of 14 tablets.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes as adjunct to diet and exercise.

Empagliflozin 12.5mg, Linagliptin 2.5mg and Metformin hydrochloride 1000mg per tablet.

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment. Risk of lactic acidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes.

Nausea, diarrhea, urinary tract infections, genital mycotic infections.
