Empoli Plus 12.5+1000mg Tab 14s
Sitagliptin metformin 12.5/1000mg tablets 14s for type 2 diabetes.
Empoli Plus 12.5+1000mg Tab 14s contain sitagliptin 12.5mg and metformin 1000mg (DPP-4 inhibitor and biguanide) for type 2 diabetes. Take as directed; usually one tablet once or twice daily with meals. Do not use in type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Prescription only.
Purpose
Treatment of type 2 diabetes when prescribed.
Ingredients
Sitagliptin 12.5mg and metformin 1000mg per tablet; 14 tablets.

Prescription only. Do not use in type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.
Side Effects
Nausea, diarrhoea, hypoglycaemia possible. Report abdominal pain or allergic reaction.
