Erythropoietin 10,000 IU/ml injection 1 vial for anaemia.
Epiao (10000Iu/Ml) 1 Vial Injection is recombinant human erythropoietin (EPO) for anaemia in chronic kidney disease or chemotherapy. For SC/IV use under medical supervision only.
Purpose
Treatment of anaemia associated with chronic kidney disease or chemotherapy-induced anaemia when prescribed.
Ingredients
Recombinant human erythropoietin 10,000 IU per ml; 1 vial. See pack for volume.
Warnings
Prescription only. For use under medical supervision. Target haemoglobin as per guidelines; avoid excessive correction. Report thrombosis or hypertension.
Side Effects
Hypertension, headache, thromboembolic events. Report chest pain, leg swelling, or severe headache.
Storage Instructions
Store in refrigerator (2–8°C). Do not freeze. Protect from light. Use within period after opening if stated. Keep out of reach of children.
