Ertuglu S 5/100mg Tab 14s combines ertugliflozin (SGLT2) 5mg and sitagliptin (DPP-4) 100mg for type 2 diabetes when dual therapy is needed. Take once daily as directed; may be taken with or without food.

Purpose

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus as adjunct to diet and exercise when combination therapy is appropriate.

Ingredients

Ertugliflozin 5mg and sitagliptin 100mg (as phosphate) per tablet.

Warnings

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment and diabetic ketoacidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes. Risk of genital and urinary infections. Report severe abdominal pain.

Side Effects

Urinary tract infections, genital mycotic infections, nasopharyngitis. Rare: ketoacidosis, pancreatitis. Report unusual tiredness, abdominal pain, or pancreatitis symptoms.
