Evirix contains Escitalopram 20mg, an SSRI that increases brain serotonin. It is used for depression and anxiety disorders.

Major depressive disorder, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, OCD.

Escitalopram Oxalate equivalent to Escitalopram 20mg

Increased suicidal thoughts risk in young people. Do not use with MAOIs. Discontinuation syndrome if stopped abruptly. Prescription only.

Nausea, dry mouth, headache, insomnia, fatigue, sexual dysfunction. Rare: serotonin syndrome, suicidal thoughts.
