Eziday Duo 5 and 50mg is dapagliflozin and metformin for type 2 diabetes. Take as directed. Pack of 20 tablets.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes as adjunct to diet and exercise.

Dapagliflozin 5mg and Metformin hydrochloride 50mg or equivalent per tablet; as per pack.

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment. Risk of lactic acidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes.

Nausea, diarrhea, urinary tract infections, genital mycotic infections.
