Fluvoxamine 50mg tablets for OCD and depression.
Faverin (50mg) contains fluvoxamine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used for obsessive-compulsive disorder and depression. It is also used for social anxiety disorder in some regions. Take as directed; do not stop abruptly.
Purpose
Treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder and major depressive disorder when prescribed.
Ingredients
Fluvoxamine maleate 50mg per tablet.
Warnings
Do not use with MAO inhibitors or tizanidine. May increase bleeding risk. Report suicidal thoughts or behaviour. Taper when discontinuing.
Side Effects
Nausea, headache, insomnia, drowsiness, sexual dysfunction. May cause suicidal thoughts in young adults. Report mood worsening or suicidal thoughts.
