Tramadol 37.5mg and Paracetamol 325mg for moderate to severe pain.
Febrol Fast 37.5/325mg is a combination of tramadol hydrochloride 37.5mg (opioid analgesic) and paracetamol 325mg. Used for moderate to severe pain. Tramadol alters pain perception; paracetamol reduces pain and fever. Do not exceed 8 tablets per day. Risk of dependence with long-term use. Pack of 10 tablets.

Warnings
Avoid alcohol. Risk of respiratory depression at high doses. Do not stop suddenly. Not for use in children. May cause drowsiness; avoid driving.
