Fertil Fast Tab 3s is likely folic acid or fertility supplement (e.g. folic acid 5mg) for pregnancy planning or deficiency. Take as directed; do not exceed dose. Use before and during early pregnancy as advised.
Purpose
Supplementation of folic acid for pregnancy planning or treatment of deficiency when used as directed.
Ingredients
Folic acid or fertility vitamins as per pack; 3 tablets.
Warnings
Folic acid reduces risk of neural tube defects when taken before and during early pregnancy. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a doctor if planning pregnancy.
Side Effects
Generally well tolerated. Rarely mild GI upset. Report rash or persistent symptoms.

Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
