Fexofenadine/pseudoephedrine for allergy and nasal congestion.
Fexet D combines Fexofenadine 60mg (antihistamine) and Pseudoephedrine 120mg (decongestant) in an extended-release formulation for allergy and congestion symptoms.
Purpose
Relief of nasal and sinus congestion, sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and sinus pressure due to allergies.

Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 60mg, Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 120mg (extended-release)
Warnings
Do not use if you have heart disease, hypertension, thyroid disease, glaucoma, diabetes, urinary retention, or severe kidney disease. Avoid MAOIs. Not for children under 12. Prescription or OTC depending on region.
Side Effects
Insomnia, headache, dry mouth, dizziness, nausea. Pseudoephedrine may cause raised blood pressure, palpitations.
