Fylod 400mg Tab
Theophylline 400mg sustained-release tablets for asthma and COPD.
Fylod 400mg contains theophylline in sustained-release formulation, a methylxanthine bronchodilator for asthma and COPD. The 400mg strength is for twice-daily dosing. Take at regular intervals; do not crush or chew.
Purpose
Symptomatic treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) when prescribed.
Ingredients
Theophylline 400mg (sustained-release) per tablet.
Warnings
Narrow therapeutic index; avoid large changes in dose. Many drug interactions. Caution in cardiac disease and hepatic impairment. Do not crush or chew.
Side Effects
Nausea, headache, insomnia, palpitations, tremor. Toxicity: arrhythmias, seizures. Report palpitations, nausea, or convulsions.
