Galvus Met 50/1000 is vildagliptin 50mg and metformin 1000mg for type 2 diabetes. DPP-4 plus biguanide. Take with meals. Pack of 30 tablets.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes as adjunct to diet and exercise.

Vildagliptin 50mg and Metformin hydrochloride 1000mg per tablet.

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment, diabetic ketoacidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes. Monitor renal function.

Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort. Rare: lactic acidosis (metformin).
