Giozar D Tab 20s is losartan and hydrochlorothiazide for hypertension. ARB plus diuretic. Take once daily. Pack of 20 tablets.

Treatment of hypertension in adults.

Losartan and Hydrochlorothiazide; strengths as per pack.

Contraindicated in pregnancy. Monitor potassium. Do not use for initial therapy unless prescribed.

Dizziness, fatigue, hyperkalemia, hypokalemia.

Store below 25C. Protect from moisture.
