Metformin and glimepiride 500/20mg 28 tablets for diabetes.
Glomov (500/20mg) 28 Tablet combines metformin 500mg and glimepiride 20mg (or similar strengths) for type 2 diabetes. Take as directed with meals. Monitor blood sugar; risk of hypoglycaemia.
Purpose
Treatment of type 2 diabetes when combination therapy is indicated.
Ingredients
Metformin 500mg and glimepiride 20mg per tablet (or strengths as per pack); 28 tablets.
Warnings
Risk of hypoglycaemia. Avoid alcohol. Report signs of lactic acidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.
Side Effects
Hypoglycaemia, GI upset, lactic acidosis (rare with metformin). Report signs of low blood sugar, unusual muscle pain, or breathlessness.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
