Glycon M 50/500mg Tab 14s contain glimepiride 50mg and metformin 500mg or similar for type 2 diabetes as prescribed. Take as directed; usually one tablet once or twice daily with meals. Prescription only.

Purpose

Treatment of type 2 diabetes when prescribed.

Ingredients

Glimepiride 50mg (or as per pack), metformin 500mg per tablet; 14 tablets.

Warnings

Prescription only. Risk of hypoglycaemia. Do not use in severe kidney impairment unless advised.

Side Effects

Hypoglycaemia, GI upset possible. Report lactic acidosis symptoms or allergic reaction.
