Griffcid Syp 120Ml contains cefixime, a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic for bacterial infections (e.g. respiratory, urinary, ear). The syrup is for oral use; complete the full course. Take as directed; do not stop early.
Purpose
Treatment of susceptible bacterial infections (respiratory, urinary, ear, etc.) when prescribed.
Ingredients
Cefixime; strength per 5ml as per pack.
Warnings
Complete the full course. Report allergic reaction or severe diarrhoea. Not for viral infections. May cause false-positive urine glucose in some tests.
Side Effects
Diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal pain, rash. Rare: allergic reactions, pseudomembranous colitis. Report severe diarrhoea, rash, or swelling.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C. Shake well before use. Use within period stated after reconstitution. Keep out of reach of children.
