Hb Magnesium 500mg 60s Tablets contains magnesium 500mg for muscle function, nerve health and deficiency. Dietary supplement; take as directed. May cause loose stools at high dose.
Purpose
Supplementation of magnesium for muscle and nerve support or deficiency when used as directed.
Ingredients
Magnesium (e.g. magnesium oxide or citrate) 500mg per tablet; 60 tablets.
Warnings
Do not exceed recommended dose. If on kidney medicines or heart block, consult a doctor before use.
Side Effects
Loose stools or diarrhoea at high dose. Generally well tolerated at recommended dose.
