Vitamin B12 2000mcg tablets for B12 deficiency.
Hb Vit B12 2000mcg Tab is a high-potency vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin or methylcobalamin) supplement for the treatment and prevention of vitamin B12 deficiency. Used when dietary intake is insufficient or absorption is impaired (e.g. pernicious anaemia). Not a substitute for diagnosis of cause of deficiency.
Purpose
Treatment and prevention of vitamin B12 deficiency when dietary intake is insufficient or absorption is impaired.
Ingredients
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin or methylcobalamin) 2000mcg per tablet.
Warnings
Not a substitute for diagnosis of pernicious anaemia; that condition may require injectable B12. Consult a doctor if deficiency persists or if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Side Effects
Generally well-tolerated. Rare: allergic reactions. High doses are usually excreted in urine.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from light and moisture.
