Hb Zinplex 50mg 30s Tablets contains zinc 50mg (or zinc plus vitamins) for immune support and zinc deficiency. Dietary supplement; take as directed. Take with food to reduce stomach upset.
Purpose
Supplementation of zinc for immune support or deficiency when used as directed.
Ingredients
Zinc (e.g. zinc sulphate or gluconate) 50mg per tablet; 30 tablets. May contain other vitamins as per pack.
Warnings
Do not exceed recommended dose. Long-term high-dose zinc may affect copper absorption. Consult a doctor if deficiency is suspected.
Side Effects
Nausea, metallic taste, GI upset. Long-term high dose: copper deficiency. Take with food to minimise upset.
