Humalog Kwikpen (3mg/Ml) 3Ml, 5 Injection Pens contains insulin lispro 100 units/ml (3mg/ml) for diabetes. Rapid-acting insulin; inject before meals as directed. Refrigerate until first use; then may be kept at room temperature.
Purpose
Treatment of diabetes mellitus when insulin therapy is indicated.
Ingredients
Insulin lispro 100 units/ml (3mg/ml); 3ml per pen; 5 pens.
Warnings
Prescription only. Risk of hypoglycaemia. Rotate injection sites. Do not share pens. Refrigerate until first use.
Side Effects
Hypoglycaemia, injection site reaction, weight gain. Rare: allergic reaction. Report signs of low blood sugar or severe reaction.
Storage Instructions
Store unopened pens in refrigerator (2–8°C). Do not freeze. After first use, may be kept at room temperature for up to 28 days. Keep out of reach of children.
