Inograf (0.5mg) 30 Tablets contains everolimus 0.5mg, an mTOR inhibitor for organ transplant rejection prevention or certain cancers. Prescription only; take as directed. Do not crush or chew.
Purpose
Prevention of organ transplant rejection or treatment of certain cancers when prescribed.
Ingredients
Everolimus 0.5mg per tablet; 30 tablets.
Warnings
Prescription only. Increases risk of infections. Avoid live vaccines. Report fever, cough, shortness of breath, or mouth ulcers. Regular monitoring required.
Side Effects
Mouth ulcers, rash, infections, hyperlipidaemia, renal effects. Rare: pneumonitis. Report fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
