Inograf 1mg contains tacrolimus, a calcineurin inhibitor used to prevent organ transplant rejection (kidney, liver, heart). It suppresses T-cell activation and is used with other immunosuppressants. Dosing is weight-based and requires therapeutic drug monitoring. Manufactured by Platinum Pharma.

Warnings
