Inosita Plus Xr 50/1000mg is sitagliptin 50mg and metformin 1000mg extended-release for type 2 diabetes. Take once daily with a meal. Swallow whole. Pack of 14 tablets.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Ingredients

Sitagliptin (as phosphate) 50mg and Metformin hydrochloride 1000mg (extended-release) per tablet.

Warnings

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment, diabetic ketoacidosis. Risk of lactic acidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes.

Side Effects

Nausea, diarrhea, headache. Rare: lactic acidosis, pancreatitis.
