Jardy Met Xr 12.5/1000mg Tab 14s contain glimepiride 12.5mg and metformin 1000mg extended-release for type 2 diabetes as prescribed. Take as directed; usually one tablet once daily with a meal. Swallow whole. Prescription only.

Purpose

Treatment of type 2 diabetes when prescribed.
