Kewdex 60mg contains duloxetine, a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI). It is used for major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Manufactured by Global Pharma; supplied as gastro-resistant capsules.

Treatment of major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, diabetic neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain.
Ingredients
Duloxetine (as hydrochloride) 60mg per capsule.
Warnings
Do not use with MAO inhibitors. Risk of suicidal thoughts in young adults; monitor closely. Do not stop abruptly. May increase blood pressure.
Side Effects
Nausea, dry mouth, constipation, fatigue, dizziness, sweating. Monitor for mood worsening or suicidal thoughts.
