Leflunomide 20mg tablets for rheumatoid arthritis.
Lefora 20mg contains leflunomide, a disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) that inhibits pyrimidine synthesis. Used for active rheumatoid arthritis. Requires loading dose and regular liver monitoring. Contraindicated in pregnancy; effective contraception required during and for 2 years after treatment. Pack of 30 tablets.

Warnings
Contraindicated in pregnancy; use effective contraception during and 2 years after. Monitor liver function (ALT) regularly. May cause serious liver injury.

Diarrhea, nausea, hair thinning, rash, hypertension. Risk of hepatotoxicity; monitor liver function.
