Lepinza 5mg Tab
Levetiracetam 5mg tablets for epilepsy.
Lepinza 5mg contains levetiracetam, an antiepileptic for partial-onset and generalised seizures. The 5mg strength may be for titration or paediatric use; typical doses are 250–1500mg twice daily. Take as directed; do not stop abruptly.
Purpose
Treatment of partial-onset seizures, myoclonic seizures, and primary generalised tonic-clonic seizures in epilepsy.
Ingredients
Levetiracetam 5mg per tablet (or strength as per pack).
Warnings
Do not stop abruptly; taper under medical supervision. May cause drowsiness; caution when driving. Report suicidal thoughts or severe mood changes.
Side Effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, headache, behavioural changes. Rare: psychosis, thrombocytopenia. Report mood changes or unusual behaviour.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
