Lignocaine Topical belongs to a group of medicines called local anaesthetics. It works by making the pain nerves unable to send messages to the brain.

Warnings
You may be drowsy and your reflexes may be slow. If you have any of these symptoms, do not drive, operate machinery or do anything else that may be dangerous.
You may swallow your food the wrong way, or burn or bite your mouth. Eating, chewing or drinks is advised to be avoided while the mouth or throat is numb.
Contact with Lignocaine HCl Topical and your eyes is advised to be avoided. If any of the solution does go in your eye, rinse as soon as possible with lots of water for at least 15 minutes and call your doctor.
Side Effects
• Skin rash or irritation • dizziness, lightheadedness • drowsiness, confusion • blurred vision, ringing in the ears • tremor • wheezing or difficulty breathing • chest pain • severe rash or itching • increased sweating • fits • unconsciousness • low blood pressure • slow heart beat • collapse.
