Treatment of type 2 diabetes as adjunct to diet and exercise.

Empagliflozin 5mg, Linagliptin 2.5mg and Metformin hydrochloride XR 1000mg per tablet.

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment. Not for type 1 diabetes.
