Linjardy MXR combines Empagliflozin 25mg (SGLT2), Linagliptin 5mg (DPP-4), and Metformin 1000mg XR for type 2 diabetes when triple therapy is appropriate.

Purpose

Type 2 diabetes with diet and exercise when triple therapy is indicated.

Warnings

Not for type 1 or DKA. Lactic acidosis risk. Avoid if eGFR below 45. Prescription only.

Side Effects

Genital mycotic infections, UTI, volume depletion, lactic acidosis (metformin).
