Atorvastatin 20mg tablets for cholesterol.
Lipidin 20mg Tab contains atorvastatin 20mg (or simvastatin), a statin for high cholesterol and cardiovascular risk reduction. Take once daily as directed. Prescription only.
Purpose
Treatment of hypercholesterolaemia and cardiovascular risk reduction when prescribed.
Ingredients
Atorvastatin calcium 20mg per tablet (or equivalent statin); tablets.
Warnings
Prescription only. Report unexplained muscle pain or weakness. Avoid grapefruit in large amounts with atorvastatin. Regular monitoring may be required.
Side Effects
Muscle pain, headache, GI upset. Rare: myopathy, hepatotoxicity. Report unexplained muscle pain or weakness.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
