Olmesartan, amlodipine, and HCTZ 80/5/12.5mg for hypertension.
Misar Amh 80/5/12.5 Tab 14s combines olmesartan (ARB) 80mg, amlodipine (CCB) 5mg, and hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic) 12.5mg for hypertension when triple therapy is needed. Take once daily as directed; may be taken with or without food.
Purpose
Treatment of essential hypertension when triple therapy is appropriate.
Ingredients
Olmesartan 80mg, amlodipine 5mg, and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg per tablet.
Warnings
Contraindicated in pregnancy; can cause fetal injury. Caution in renal impairment and with potassium-sparing diuretics. Monitor electrolytes.
Side Effects
Dizziness, oedema, hypotension, hypokalaemia, hyperkalaemia. Report fainting, muscle weakness, or swelling.
Storage Instructions
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
