Mits Ds (15mg) 20 Tablets
Montelukast 15mg tablets for asthma and allergic rhinitis.
Mits Ds 15mg contains montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks cysteinyl leukotriene receptors. Used for asthma (prophylaxis and chronic treatment), exercise-induced bronchoconstriction, and allergic rhinitis. The 15mg strength is typically for adults 15 years and older. Take once daily in the evening. Pack of 20 tablets.
Purpose
Prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma; relief of allergic rhinitis; prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction.
Ingredients
Montelukast sodium equivalent to 15mg montelukast per tablet.
Warnings
Not for relief of acute asthma attacks. Use rescue inhaler for acute symptoms. Report mood changes, agitation, or suicidal thoughts. Do not use for aspirin-sensitive asthma as sole therapy without medical advice.
Side Effects
Headache, abdominal pain, thirst, fatigue. Rare: mood or behaviour changes, sleep disturbance. Report psychiatric symptoms to doctor.
