Mom Folic Forte Sachet 14s is a folic acid (folate) supplement in sachet form, typically used before and during pregnancy to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. May contain other vitamins (e.g. B12, iron) as per pack. Use as directed.
Purpose
Prevention of neural tube defects in pregnancy; treatment of folate deficiency when prescribed.

Warnings
Consult a doctor before use in pregnancy. Do not substitute for diagnosis of pernicious anaemia. Not a substitute for a balanced diet.
Side Effects
Generally well-tolerated. Rare: allergic reactions. Do not substitute for diagnosis of B12 deficiency.
