Lithium carbonate SR 400mg tablets for bipolar disorder.
Neurolith Sr (400mg) Tab contain lithium carbonate 400mg sustained-release for bipolar disorder as prescribed. Take as directed; usually once or twice daily. Do not stop suddenly. Prescription only.

Treatment of bipolar disorder when prescribed.
